In what grade did you start attending Faith?

4th Grade

What activities were you involved in while you were a student at Faith?

SGA, Hi-Y, Model General Assembly, Key Club, La Mesa (Spanish Club), Archery, Lacrosse, Soccer, and Veritas Honor Society

What might some of your favorite memories be?

Attending MGA with our delegation and giving speeches on bills while making new friends from other parts of Virginia

What is your thesis topic and why did you choose it?

Education Reform – In favor of a more European-centered style. I chose this topic because I wanted to find a more time- and cost-effective way for students to go through secondary and higher education.

How might your learning in a Christian environment at FCS positively affected you?

I learned how to effectively structure an argument and to defend it appropriately.

Has there been a teacher at FCS that has impacted your faith, education, or personal growth in a significant way? If you were to say thank you to this person, what might you say?

Mr. Muench has been crucial in aiding me in my studies by teaching me how to manage my time appropriately. He has also introduced me to many service opportunities where I have been able to help others.  I would say to him, “Thank you sir, for always pushing me to be better, and I will strive to continue the improvement you helped foster, post graduation.”

What might it mean to you to have attended both a classical and Christian school?

I was able to get a unique and quality education in both my academics and my understanding of God.

What are some things you would like to tell younger students as they continue their education at FCS?

Take this experience and see it as a challenge, and a hard one at that.   However, do not let it discourage you.  At the end of this road is a forever-giving reward.  So through the long days, and some sleepless nights, when the cards are on the table, you will have accomplished something only a few can, and that is something to take pride in.

What are your plans for after graduation?

I will be attending Virginia Tech, College of Engineering, where I will pursue Aerospace Engineering.
