“I'm so excited about plugging into the fantastic community of staff and students that make Faith Christian School such a special place to be." - Anna Millirones, Theatre, Grades 3-12

I've been married to my husband Chris for ten years and we have two wonderful boys – Elijah and Bentley. I'm from England and have been living in Roanoke since 2001.

We came across Faith Christian School when we were looking into kindergarten options for Elijah. It came highly recommended, and after taking a tour and learning a bit about classical education, we knew that it was the best place for our son.

What post-secondary schools did you attend? Degrees held?

A-levels in English literature, English law, Art and Textiles (U.K), B.A. with honors in Performing Arts (major in Theatre ) from Middlesex University, London.

Have you taught or been involved in schools somewhere else prior to FCS? If so, where, and how long?

I was an instructional assistant with Roanoke City Schools for 2-1/2 years. I have also taught ballroom dancing at Arthur Murray for 20 years.

What are your hobbies or things you enjoy outside of the school?

I enjoy spending time with family, dancing, gardening, and karate.

What do you find most compelling or distinct about Christian classical education?

I love that it creates students who can think and reason and see God at the center of it all.

If you have a "life verse" or a verse that is ministering to you right now, what might it be?

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. - Romans 8:28

What do you love about the idea of teaching at Faith Christian School or what do you anticipate appreciating most about Faith Christian School?

I'm so excited about plugging into the fantastic community of staff and students that make Faith Christian School such a special place to be.
