In what grade did you start attending Faith?
I started attending Faith in 5th grade.
What activities were you involved in while you were a student at Faith?
I’ve played soccer, basketball, and run cross country, and I’ve been involved in clubs such as Ministerium, Sodalitas, SGA, Veritas, Fides, Youth and Government, Debate, and Chess. I also served as a Project Faith Student Manager and student ambassador.
What might some of your favorite memories be?
One of my favorite memories is watching (and sometimes being included) in the mostly controlled chaos of theatre rehearsals.
What is your thesis topic and why did you choose it?
The title of my thesis is “Building a Better Beginning: Preserving Creativity and Promoting Development in Early Education.” I chose the topic of early education because I care deeply for children and hope to be a mother someday.
How has learning in a Christian environment at FCS positively affected your education?
Learning in a Christian environment has allowed me to grow with teachers who care about me and want to help me succeed.
What are some things you would like to tell younger students as they continue their education at FCS?
Don’t get caught up in drama. It can be hurtful to other people and will give your classmates unfavorable memories of you in the future
What are your plans for after graduation?
After graduation, I plan to attend Roanoke College and major in creative writing.
