    I am Anna Beecher, Ms. Lo’s teaching assistant in Upper School Latin and part-time front desk afternoon receptionist. I am a recent graduate and current alumnus of Faith Christian School. I attended Faith from 5th through 12th grade. I enjoy reading and listening to true crime and psychological thrillers.

    What are your hobbies or things you enjoy outside of the school?

    I enjoy watching movies and drawing.

    What post-secondary schools did you attend? Degrees held?

    I am currently pursuing my degrees in graphic design and business communication at Liberty University Online.

    What or who inspired you to work in education?

    Throughout my years at FCS, I have met and been taught by many teachers who inspired me through their dedication, joy in teaching others, and Christ-like attitudes.

    What's your favorite book you've read?

    My favorite book I’ve read is the Iliad by Homer.

    How many books do you have stacked on your bedside table or in your "To Read" pile?

    Currently, 12.

    What do you find most compelling or distinct about Christian classical education?

    I find that my education has led me to question and think critically and more deeply, which is especially important regarding the current world.

    What do you love about the idea of teaching at FCS or what do you anticipate appreciating the most?

    I am looking forward to interacting with people as a colleague whom I knew when I was a student.

    If you have a "life verse" or a verse that is ministering to you right now, what might it be?

    John 16:33 - “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

    If you have a personal life's mission statement, what is it? If not, how might you describe what you feel called to as a believer?

    My personal life mission statement would be whatever I do, do it to the best of my ability.
